Maison Mosgenstein

Maison Mosgenstein is a 2011 renovated house built in the 30ies and situated in a central, very quiet and beautiful aera (Kirchenfeld) next to the embassies, 3 minutes from the stops of public transport and a 6 minutes ride to the railway station. Next to the forest and short pretty walk (15 minutes) to the center of town. Car parking in blue zone around the house. We let two furnished non smoking apartments with balcony, sunny and quiet. The apartments with wooden floors are suited for quiet persons who appreciate a personal and cultivated atmosphere, not for small children or pets. The landlord lives in the house, speaks English, German, French, Italian and some Spanish.

Prices include one cleaning and change of linen per 7 days, free use of washing machine, TV, W-LAN and gardens. Persons over 16 years not registered in Berne are submitted to a tourist tax of CHF 3.40 per night. The booking is confirmed after the arrival of the total amount on the bank account only. Cancellation costs are CHF 100.- until 3 months before the annullated period, 40% 3 months - 45 days, 60% 44 days - 14 days, 80% 13 days - 1 day, 100% the arrival day.
